24 hours Ambulance Facility

We have a two ambulance bearing number Force No:TN69:AL:3737 and omni No.TN69:AL:3738. One is a force tempo traveller and other is a maruthi ambulance. This is being fully equipped with all instrument and oxygen and even a transport incubator to transport preterm babies.

This new born had Rh-isoimmunization with the antenatal ICT positive and baby’s DCT was positive. The cord bilirubin was 5.5 mg and the bilirubin at 68 hrs of life was 19 mg warranting an emergency double volume exchange transfusion. The child is now doing well.

This child born through IVF was born preterm 34 weeks but developed severe RDS requiring 3 doses of surfactant was ventilated for 3 days. Now the child is 1Year old with normal developmental milestones.

This child born preterm 26 weeks birth weight 900 gms had RDS surfactant given ventilated for 1 day. The child had bilateral ROP for which Intravitreal Avastin was administered in our NICU.

We have 24 hours functioning blood bank. This is the only private blood bank in Tuticorin which helps other hospitals in time of emergency. Our Blood bank medical officer is available 24*7 with in the premises. We routinely do camps through our blood bank registration no:21073/D2/4/2014

We have four OT’s, 3 in the first floor and 4th in the 3rd floor. All the four OT's are well equipped with two c-arm for the ortho and neuro surgeries. Karlstorz machine which is the world leader in laproscopy monitors electronic table and diathermy. We have three Boyles apparatus. All the OT's have central oxygen and suction.

Matha Test Tube Baby Centre

Our IVF lab is the first IVF lab at Tuticorin. The first test tube baby in Tuticorin was born In our hospital. Dr.Jasmine Rajesh is the infertility consultant . She is available 24 x 7. It is fully equipped with all Procedures for Infertility couple.

NICU

Chairman of the hospital Dr.Rajesh Tilak qualified from MMC, runs a successful Paediatric and neonatal ward. Our NICU has septic NICU, clean NICU, Breast feeding room, etc. It has ten warmers, transporting incubator, LED phototherapy, central oxygen and suction, CPAP, SLE new born ventilator, AIRVO CPAP machine. We have the privilege of administering surfactant, to preterm babies first time in Tuticorin. Many preterm babies have been saved this way.

We have 7 beds in ICU with two cardiac beds. All beds have individual centralized Oxygen, suction and monitors. We have a duty Dr’s room inside the ICU. We have a adult ventilator in the ICU. All patients in ICU are attended by respective consultant. 24 hrs qualified staff coming three shifts to attend patients. Post operative patient deserving ventilator support are also observed here.

Lab

We have full fledged lab which does microbiology, pathology, biochemistry and hormones. We do all basic investigation like sugar, haemoglobin, complete hemogram, lipid profile, hormones like Thyroid, FSH, LH, Prolactin, Oestrogen, Progesterone, Beta HCG by Elisa. In the IVF lab we do quality semen analysis according to WHO standard. We also do health check-up for other companies including master check-up at a very low price.

We have a wide and spacious car parking slot which can accommodate numerous cars in an effective manner. Also, we ensure complete security for all cars that are parked in our parking area. This is mainly for our patients to have a comfortable visit to our hospital at any time they are in need of.
